England Lacrosse is looking for umpires to officiate at the National Schools Lacrosse Championships 2023 taking place at Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre between 11 & 14 March 2023.

We are accepting expressions of interest to officiate on each of the four competition days (11/12/13/14 March 2023).

In previous years, England Lacrosse has only appointed officials to the Saturday and Sunday competition days but in 2023 England Lacrosse will appoint officials to every game across the four competition days.

Schools will still be able to provide staff to officiate games on the Monday & Tuesday but these staff members will be part of the central officiating pool with additional external/independent officials being recruited by England Lacrosse.

The National Schools Lacrosse Championships is the biggest event administered by England Lacrosse and is an exciting opportunity for umpires to cut their teeth and learn from international-level officials who have attended multiple World Championships.

Officials who attend the National Schools Lacrosse Championships 2023 will receive a flat fee of £150 per day and if you wish to apply, please complete the form HERE before 23:59 on Saturday 31st December 2022; applicants will be contacted in January to confirm their spot at the event.

When completing the form, please indicate which days you wish to attend and for the weekend competition days, priority will be given to officials who can attend both days.

Please note, the National Schools Lacrosse Championships 2023 will be used as a Level 2 umpiring assessment opportunity and assessments can be completed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday; again, please indicate on the form if you are looking to complete your Level 2 course.
