Sixes lacrosse

As the chosen format for the 2028 LA Olympic Games, Sixes Lacrosse continues to grow across the world as a compact, accelerated version of the game with quick transitions and non-stop, high-scoring action.

England Lacrosse has created an ‘Introduction to Lacrosse’ activity cards pack with accompanying video series to bring the new Sixes format to new players.

The cards look at the principles of the game, the technical skills involved, activities & game-based practices and also covers the playing & officiating of a full-game situation.

Every card offers ideas for differentiation, progression, and questions to support the learning.
