Cheadle will take on Brooklands in the Men’s Senior Flags Final at Rochdale Lacrosse Club on Sunday as part of the annual Northern Flags Festival.
Traditionally the event that closes the domestic season in the north of England, the Northern Flags Festival will see 13 cup finals across the two-day event featuring men’s and women’s teams from under-12 right up to senior level.
In the Women’s Senior Flags Final, Mellor will play Oxton at 1:30pm on Sunday for the chance to be crowned champions of the north.
Spectators are being welcomed to Rochdale Lacrosse Club on both days of the Festival with entry costing £8 for adults, £5 for OAPs, and £2 for juniors (age 12-16) with free entry for under 12s; there is a car park on site with a £2 charge and refreshments will be available from the clubhouse throughout the day.
