The 2023 Women’s Senior Regional Tournament takes place this weekend across Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 April at St Swithun’s School, Winchester hosted by South West Lacrosse.

Our Women’s Regional sides will all descend on Hampshire this weekend for two days of competition, with each of the South East, South West and North associations sending two senior squads to compete for the A and B tournament titles.

South East A and North B are the current tournament holders, with all sides back this year again to try and become the 2023 Senior Regional champions.

In preparations for this summer’s Junior European Championships, two England U20 representative sides will also compete in the competition as their training squad builds towards the July championship and gains valuable experience against the senior sides.
