An exciting opportunity to lead the brightest young English talent on the international stage.

England Lacrosse is looking for committed, enthusiastic and inspirational Head Coaches to lead the England Women’s Under 20 & 23 squads through to the next se of World Championships.

The women’s U20s are reigning European Champions, ranked fourth in the world, and will be expected to compete for medals against the world’s best in international competition.

The successful Head Coaches will be key in introducing athletes to international competition, setting the required standards and values for representing England Lacrosse on the world stage.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to shape the Junior programmes for the next World Championship cycle, including leading the squads at European Championships, Home International Series, and other international fixtures and tours as appropriate within the programme schedule.
