A message from Mark Coups, CEO, England Lacrosse:

As we enter another National Lockdown, we all need to play our part in controlling the spread of the coronavirus and so it is with regret that we must cease all lacrosse activity.

All competitions, leagues and team training, for all age groups, must stop with immediate effect until these restrictions are lifted.

Whilst I do not relish communicating this message to you, I support the government’s actions and I know as a lacrosse family we will do our part in supporting the new measures.

The lacrosse community has followed the fluid return to play guidelines since March and I would like to sincerely thank you for that.

We must now retrace our steps to Phase 2 of the Return to Play Roadmap and you can find these guidelines on the coronavirus section of the website HERE

As the government has stated, the coming weeks will be some of the hardest yet however, Lacrosse will soon return for us to all enjoy.

So, we will be working with regional bodies and leagues to ensure activity and competition will restart as soon and as for long as possible when we are able to.
