ENGLAND LACROSSE MIXED LACROSSE LEAGUE
Mixed League fixtures typically take place on Sundays from October through to March with teams split into regionally based leagues depending on the geographical spread of entries.
All teams will play each other both home and away in their regional league before the top teams move into play-offs, culminating in the Mixed Lacrosse League Championship game as part of the National Club Finals at the end of the season.
A full league entry information document and current Mixed Lacrosse rules for the 2024/25 season to be used in the Mixed Leagues can be found below.
Individual Membership
In order to compete in the Mixed Lacrosse Leagues all players, coaches and officials in each team must be registered members of England Lacrosse.
Umpiring
Home teams are required to provide two umpires per game. Umpires should be qualified with a minimum Level 1 umpiring qualification.
For any team without qualified umpires, our Level 1 Umpiring Course can now be completed entirely online and will give you all the grounding you need to safely officiate in the mixed leagues.
